How can telephone counselling work?
It does lack the face to face contact which although is an obstacle in some people, it can nevertheless make some people feel more open to talking.  It is more flexible.  Naturally, it is not possible to do any hypnotherapy using this method but a combination of counseling, NLP and coaching can be very effective.
