Stress is a huge problem in the Western world with many people reacting to stress by needing to take time off and allowing its effects to build up so much so that it has a negative effect on their physical as well as their emotional health.
Using hypnotherapy but also some NLP, clients will be shown how to relax, taught self hypnosis, whilst the issues surrounding their stress reactions will be discussed using both NLP and conventional counseling. Stress is often in the client’s interpretation of events, not just in the events themselves.
